How long after our wedding until the video will be ready?

Can I choose the music for the video?

Yes if you would like to! This is your video and we want you to have a say in the creation of it. Due to licensing laws, we use audiio.com for all the music so please look on here for your song selection.  

How far in advance should I book your services?

You can book our services as far in advance as you like. To secure your date we just require a 40% deposit.

We do advise that you book as early as possible as we only take on a limited number of weddings per month to allow us to concentrate on creating the perfect video.

What time do you arrive on the day?

With the Concerto package we usually get there an hour or so prior to your ceremony to set up and start capturing footage.

With the Symphony package we aim to get to your bridal prep shortly after hair and make up so we can record you getting the final touches and the all important first look of the dress.

All timings will be agreed with you prior to your day at our consultation.

Will you have tripods and camera equipment laying around on our day?

Definitely not! We pride ourselves on not being noticed and our ability to blend into the crowd. We do use tripods but these will always be set up in a corner with a long lens on which allows us to achieve those up close and personal shots without getting in your way or having our equipment appear in your photographers shots.

I've heard horror stories about photographers and videographers not getting on at a wedding

Yes we have heard this too. We are proud to say that we have had no such issue with photographers on a wedding day so far and we plan to keep it this way!

We find it's always useful for us to make a connection to your photographer before your day and respect that they are there to do a job as well and the day is not about us or them, it's about you!
